Default air circulation

I was wondering what would be the best way to get air circulation in the back of the van. I want to travel with my dogues and prefer to keep it window free. Because I use it as a work van also, does anyone have any suggestions?

I've been very happy with my EuroVent roof unit.
Eurovent.jpg
It has a hood-like roof over a sliced up traditional 14" x 14" tilting vent unit so it allows air flow even when in the lowered position. The hood roof prevents worry from rain. A couple of those would help, but you'll need some sort of venting lower down to allow an air flow to establish. If you are thinking of a fan unit one comment I remember reading was that it is better to force air into the van because then it is easier to direct where it's needed.

The graphics on your Sprinter look great. AP

With mine (MaxxFan), the answer would be:

Yes, even when it is raining ! (and it stays dry inside too )
