Want to buy Sprinter Van for $12-$14000

I'm located in Mediapolis Iowa (SE corner north of Burlington Iowa).

I want to buy the best Sprinter Van I can find for my budget.

Here is a list of features I would not be able to accept:

1- any smell of smoking. I mean NONE.
2- any smell of Dog or other animal smell. Sorry, particular to smelly things.
3- low ceiling. I need a high ceiling one.
4- very good to excellent mechanical condition. I don't want a fixer upper.

Here are my preferences:

1- Silver color is best. White or off White is OK.
2- 144", 158" wheel base.
3- cargo in the back with least amount of other stuff, just bare cargo is my preference.
4- within 3 hours driving distance from my location so I can come see it. I'm most likely not going to buy sight unseen.
5- dings OK.
6- no rust or less rust is better
