I just bought my second Sprinter from Melbourne Mercedes Benz and the buying experience was without question, the best I've ever had!

The manager Mark R. is fantastic; as I said above, I've bought two from him and I always call him first to set up the deal. Last weekend my time at his desk was less than ten minutes and I was on my way home with the new Sprinter. 10 minutes, not 15, 10! :clapping:

I can contrast these two purchases with my first Sprinter....a Dodge Sprinter from Charlie's Dodge in Ft. Pierce, Florida. No surprise, they shut their doors a year after I purchased my Sprinter....One of the worst vehicle buying experience I've ever had, and I've purchased over 15-20 new vehicles in the last 35 years. They had me in a high pressure "closing office" trying to force every "undercoat and aftermarket crap" scam they had, I was in there for over an hour....
