Ok, so let's try this one more time. I've decrease the amount of time the Sprinter box refreshes itself, so hopefully this will not affect the server loading.

If it doesn't, then you what happens.

I do use it on occasion, but use the New Post link more often. It's a server hog, so I had to disable it again 10 minutes ago. If the site slows down again, we'll know that it isn't.

I have better things to do, and after all, I am quite sure someone with nothing better to do will read them and let me know......:smilewink:

I use the "New Posts", then click on the thread I want to read, then click on "first unread". With my Apple computer using Safari I sometimes need to scroll to expose the "first unread" place to click at the bottom of my screen. I think many folks use this "first unread" feature. Here is an idea: Where the threads are listed under "New Posts" why can't there be a box on the same line as the name of the thread that when clicked would take the user directly to the first unread posting? Another approach would be an option at the top someplace that when selected would always take the user to "first unread" for the rest of the online session unless the option were switched off. That is, there would be at the top "New Posts" and "New Posts First Unread" or after selecting "New Posts" a box would appear asking "Show all of selected threads" or "Show unread only" and the selection would apply until changed.

Hi Sikwan..........does this system have the 'save the topic' option like Myspace.........that way one can segment ones threads and keep track of the ones one is interested in without having to go into search mode if one has not loged on for a few days?
