Yahoo site announces the unit received is a 2007 Cargo 144" with the
HI Roof.

Roanoke Dodge is the dealer in Chicago area.

Hi chaozz -

Until the Dodge site is updated to reflect the 2007 model info it is a little hard to tell but it sounds like the Standard, High and Mega roofs will be available in the US.

What Dodge will be calling the Standard roof is the low roof so it is my understanding that the low roof will be available in North America.
