Hello katliorov -

Some of what you have said in your post may rule this out but I figure it is still worth throwing this possibility out there in case it is helpful.

Check out http://www.sprinter-source.com/forum/showthread.php?t=675 for a discussion of noises while turning steering wheel that could help either rule out some possibilities or zero in on what is causing your noise.

How many miles on your van? Maybe there's a brake pad sensor-feeler that's messed up? Wheel bearings that I've had go bad make more noise when you turn.

I agree with Bill. Sounds like your front brake pad feelers are telling you that it's time to change the front pads. It happens to all my vehicles and when I use the brakes the sound goes away.
