San Jose, CA Mechanic Recommendation

Just wondering if somebody could recommend a mechanic in the San Jose, CA area. Just routine service stuff, at least for now.

I'm also interested in any replies. I live in SF but work in the South Bay; a good mechanic (best: non-stealership) who knows Sprinters well would be valuable.

I was on this forum some months back with a leaking transmission & got lots of good advise, but no way I was tackling that job.

I asked around & wound up at Grant's Garage, in Morgan Hill.

He was very professional; interested it the info I'd gleaned from the forum, and has a very clean, orderly shop,

He fixed the problem in 1 day, test drove the van, made one of the Stainless steel dipsticks described on the forum, gave me the dipstick & showed me how to use it [the little cover is tricky & easy to lose].

Several months, now, all is well.
