attaching a trailer hitch

Has anyone here added a trailer hitch to their sprinter? I have an "06 158 wheel base. I've found trailer hitch online, but I don't have any wiring back there to click into. Has anyone here have any experience adding a hitch to a sprinter that doesn't already have a tow package?

...There's also mention of the OEM hitch kit inside that thread. Maybe purchase an aftermarket hitch from here...
