At a guess, I would say either Hwy 50 (Lonliest Rd in America) or Hwy 93.

The "Shoe Tree" Hwy 50.

One of many roads in the deserts of the USA. Did you notice the skid mark by the front wheel? Interesting way of parking. :bounce:

Sorry :thumbdown:, but neither guesses are correct, but they're close :clapping::clapping:.
It's actually eastbound on the Baker Shortcut/Cutoff Road (between Baker, NV and US 6/50). US 6/50 is about 3 miles east on the horizon.
Approx. Lat N 39.0315 Long W 114.140.

This pic is just opposite the long lonely road pic (looking out the back window of the Cruiser).

Guess I better check the wear on the front tire :thinking:
....I didn't realize the stop was so abrupt coming around the corner :eek:!!!!
