I used Berry Chrysler Dodge Jeep to order a sliding door switch online.
I did find their interface difficult to use and I was not certain if my order had been accepted succesfully until a few days later when I received an email receipt - these are the negatives.
The positives outway the negatives though as a very small and inexpensive part was sent to me with no shipping and arrived within a few days of my receiving the email receipt.
I would recommend using Berry for online parts ordering - but I would counsel patience with their interface and mediocre communication of order acceptance.

Mopar/Freightliner/Dodge Sprinter Parts Catalog
2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Dodge and Freightliner Sprinter parts catalogs. Many of the diagrams are better than the service manuals! These are BIG 6 meg files - better have a good internet connection. Once you find your part, you can internet order a part. Berry Dodge located in Corsicana, Texas. NOTE: Parts catalog has errors: All: muffler/tailpipe assembly numbers are for w/o cat. converter, screws and O-ring on fuel filter; Passenger van: Door parts; rear AC filter (?). No paint. All non-shared Cab/chassis parts missing - see YahooSprinterVan Post 31405. User experience see Post 32652 32672
[EDIT: 4/28/2011 - the parts catalogs no longer seem to be posted.]

My first thought was that it was some prank email - but all the addresses seem valid. I am astonished that Berry Dodge's management would permit such ungainly and unpolished communication with repeat customers.

+1 and I got to tell the local dealer (Rancho in San Diego) to bite me. They insisted I drive down and prepay for them to order a part they are supposed to stock, or take my chances that I would be the one to get their refill order when it came in.

My most recent order resulted in a mistake on the part of Berry. The sliding door latch they shipped me this time was the left door as opposed to the right door. However, their Trademotion site only gave one choice - implying either I lucked out the first time or that the latch was thought to be interchangeable.
Those of you have have used the site know that the Trademotion order sheet (http://www.sprinter-source.com/forum/showpost.php?p=31839&postcount=4) does not put the Dodge or MB part number on it. Therefore it is not possible to check whether they have logged in the correct part number against either their own data base or the lists posted on Sprinter-Source or YahooSprinterVan. Berry has improved over the years in providing Dodge part numbers on the receipt. But that is still after the fact.
I called. Berry acknowledged the problem with the internet web site and had no questions in resolving the problem. Hopefully I will get my proper latch soon. During the discussion Berry Dodge indicated that they were looking into a new provider for their internet sales which, hopefully, will resolve issues such as this, within about 6 months.
[Edit 1/8/2011; 4/28/2011: Berry no longer seems to use Trademotion. Their new site is here: http://www.sprinterparts.net/] (http://www.sprinterparts.net/oem-sprinter-parts.html])
