mercedes inline diesel 604, 605, 606

Does anyone know if the mid 90's Mercedes inline 5 diesel 604, 605, or 606 bottom end (short block) is the same as the Sprinter 612-647 bottom end (Short block)?

604 605 606 is referred to as the weight variant somewhat. a cross between the Mercedes Sprinter Heavy weights and Vario seven tonne beauties.
There were changes to the bearings but that's irrelevant to the question.as to NAFTA v Euro engines.
