I recently purchased the one piece carpet floor mat for my 2002 Sprinter from EuroCampers. I am quite disappointed by the product.
For 4 years I have survived on bits and pieces of carpet that I cut from scraps. It was driven by the desire to cut the noise in the van and to insulate from the heat coming from the floor. I quickly noticed that my carpet didn't do much for either the noise or heat. So I added 1/2 inch underlayment foam. That helped dramatically. But I got dissatisfied with my crude solution, so I ordered the 1-piece carpet.
What a waste of money. Take a look at the picture below. Notice how much smaller area is covered by the professional carpet as compared to the one I put together years ago that covered the actual front floor of the van. The professional product coverage is ONLY of the flat area of the floor. At least on the 2001-2006 US Sprinters, that leaves a lot of floor uncovered. Further, note how the professional carpet provides no coverage under the console. It assumes a squared-off console, when in fact US Sprinter consoles are curved.
Additional problems: note the two holes to the right and left of the seat locations. Those are for hooks. But the hooks are designed to mount into the underlying carpet. I don't know when Dodge introduced carpeted fronts, but the Freightliners never had carpet. Just rubber matting covering painted metal.
