Okay, so now that FrankenSprinter is nearly complete, I have to sell the workshop I built to build the truck bed IN. It is 24' x 32' with 12' walls, made out of OCD 4'x8'x7/16" boards and 2"x4" frames. The shed is modular. It can be easily disassembled into 4'x12' panels (plus two doors and two overhead panels, 28 panels in all) and moved to a new location for setup again.

shed is located in Vista, CA.92083 near Highway 78 at the Sycamore Avenue exit.

It needs a REAL roof. My temporary tarp roof was only to keep rain out. It also needs some REAL exterior such as vinyl siding or ??? It is free-standing right now. It should be anchored to a proper foundation. It is currently six months old.

The shed is listed on eBay for $1,000.00 starting bid and a $1,500.00 "buy it now" price. Big, wordy description on eBay auction page. I have nearly $3,000.00 into the shed, with the lights, outlets, breaker panel, LABOR and exterior waterproofing, etc.

reply to joejones@ghostconnection.com or through the eBay auction. Thanks for looking!

Love the 'Sprinter Assembly Plant' Joe!

BTW...Those 4' x 8' sheathing panels are O.S.B. (Oriented Strand Board)

Good luck with your sale...Jack

How are you coming along with your patent -- are you able yet to reveal the great mystery of your project? :shhh:

The project is on hold. I need about $6,000.00 to finish the prototype, and pay a patent attorney to finish the paperwork I started. I am actually removing the non-functional pieces for now, because it is weight I don't need to drag around. I just know that it will be a hot selling item, once it is finished, but for now, no ... it is still a secret. Sorry. :censored:

Oh, I sold the shed for $1,000.00 to a man with a ranch about 30 miles away. He built more panels and made it larger, and put a real roof on it. Not bad ... I had the shed up for 5 months, and it cost me $2K, or about $400 per month, about 1/2 the cost of a rented shop of the same size in town.
